Terms of Use
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms of Use or unless you receive ACCT's prior written consent, you may not modify, translate, create derivative works of, copy, distribute, market, display, remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels from, lease, sell, sublicense, clone, transfer, decompile, reverse engineer, or incorporate into any information retrieval system (electronic or mechanical), the ACCT websites, any ACCT Content, or any portion thereof. Further, you may not (i) use the ACCT websites for any unauthorized or illegal purpose or activity including, but not limited to, any activity to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the ACCT websites, including ACCT Content; (ii) interfere with the proper working of the ACCT websites including, but not limited to, the transmission of any virus, worm, trap door, back door, timer, clock, Trojan horse, or other limiting routine, instruction or design; or (iii) interfere with any other person's use and enjoyment of the ACCT websites.
In order to obtain access to the Member Service portions of the Site, you must be a current member of ACCT and insert your individual user name and password. You agree that you will be responsible for maintaining your user account as confidential and for any activity that occurs as a result of your enabling or permitting another person or entity to use your account. You agree to immediately notify us in the event that (i) your personal account information is lost or stolen, or (ii) you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or of any other breach of security that might affect the Site. ACCT is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the provisions of this Section.
You acknowledge and agree that ACCT may terminate your access privileges and remove and discard any Content without notice to you for any reason, including without limitation, if (i) you do not use the Site for what ACCT, in its sole discretion, deems to be an extended period of time, (ii) ACCT believes that you have violated any provision of this Agreement and/or (iii) you have otherwise acted or failed to act in any manner that ACCT deems objectionable. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site shall not result in any liability or other obligation of ACCT to you or any third party in connection with such termination.
