Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for ACCT Branded Merchandise and 60 days of receiving your order for ACCT Publications. An original receipt is required. Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. Some delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing.
Damages & Defective Merchandise
All items are carefully inspected for quality before mailing. If you find that your item has been damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Please send your invoice number and photos of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the merchandise is not available for an exchange, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your purchase.
ACCT will accept returned publications up to 60 days after you have received your order and will issue a full refund back to the original form of payment.
ACCT Branded Merchandise
All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returned items that were damaged through normal wear and tear, or are returned after 30 days. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable, unless the items were already damaged or defective when you received them, or they were not what you originally ordered.
